Checks addressed to St. Patrick Church with memo line “Thanksgiving Food Drive”.

Checks can be mailed to 991 S Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045 or dropped off at the Church.

Funds are raised for meals at CCS Food Pantry, Roberti Community House, and House of Peace.

​

At the request of the above charities, we will not be accepting food donations.

​​

1 Meal = $30
